Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

• Cancellation of services at least 7 days before the scheduled start date
• Technical issues preventing service delivery that cannot be resolved
• Failure to meet agreed-upon service specifications
• Inability to provide the service due to circumstances beyond our control

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for the refund. We will review your request within 3-5 business days and process approved refunds within 10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

• Completed training sessions or workshops
• Custom simulation models that have been delivered
• Software licenses that have been activated
• Consulting services that have been provided
• Downloadable content or digital assets

Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds for:

• Services partially completed
• Training sessions cancelled with less than 7 days' notice
• Custom projects that have reached certain milestones
• Subscription services with unused time remaining

• Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
• Bank Transfers: 7-14 business days
